THE BIG MUM MEET-UP
THE ultimate MUM MEET-UP IN LONDON IS COMING.
We’re creating the hangout of all hangouts — and it kicks off Friday 25th April at The Crate, Walthamstow. This is your official invitation to step out of survival mode and into a space made just for you (of course kids are welcome): coffee, connection, and a room full of brilliant mums who get it. No pressure. No judgement. Just good vibes, great company, and the freedom to show up exactly as you are.
And this is just the beginning. After the launch, The Big Mum Meet Up will run every Friday morning — same place, same energy, and always free. A weekly moment to breathe, be seen, and feel part of something real and empowering.
LOCATION: THE CRATE WALTHAMSTOW (VICTORIA LINE, & YES THERE’S PARKING)
FRIDAY 25 APRIL
9.30AM - 12PM
“I found out about a mobster hangout from a fellow mum and went the same week. a little nervous to go but so glad i did! both georgie and becks and all the other amazing mums made me feel so welcome. it’s a fantastic community i’m proud to be a part of.”
— Alexandra
the mob is the community that mob co-founders bex and georgie wish they had access to during pregnancy, maternity leave and beyond.
“The MOB is the community that Bex and I wish we’d had access to during pregnancy, maternity leave, and beyond.
We’re less about dirty nappies and milestones and more about mums who are ready to focus on themselves.
We wanted to create a community where mums and mums-to-be could come together, feel inspired, energised, and leave a mum meet-up buzzing with ideas and confidence. There’s so much out there for babies, but we saw a gap for mums like us who want to build confidence, upskill, grow their network, and have stimulating conversations about things other than babies.
The key focus of The MOB is to help mums build financial security and a brighter future. That’s why we host monthly events on topics like wellbeing, finance, and professional development to help mums thrive in business, careers and life.
But sometimes, the magic comes from simply connecting over coffee and a chat with a likeminded group of MOBsters who truly get you and your journey. We’ve seen so many exciting opportunities grow from these connections at our local meet-ups for mums—it’s incredible.”

“I got the warmest welcome from any mom group I’ve been to (and we are pretty friendly in East London!) and a huge hug. I’m not usually free on a Friday as I work full time but will defo be coming back next time I’m on mat leave, what a lovely welcoming, warm bunch.”
