studies show the hurdles women have to get over are taller than men when on the leadership path. The system is not set up in an equitable way. so we need to show the system how we lead ourselves, our families, teams and businesses with the great qualities that mothers learn and earn on the job by sharing our stories and successes, and driving change for the next generation.

the mob is the space to do just that. We amplify the voices of mums who are building a better future for themselves and their families, and we share their skills and tips so other can do the same.
