Step MONDAYS
Introducing Mums Who Build, free pre and postnatal “Step”.
Join our free step and dance class for mums, with or without your baby!
Wear your baby in a sling (please bring your own) and enjoy a fun, sweat-breaking workout to uplifting music.
Perfect for all fitness levels, Anna breaks down simple, easy-to-follow steps, so even if you’re sleep-deprived, you can join in and have fun.
Whether you bring your baby or come solo, it’s a great way to move, bond, and connect with the Mums Who Build community.

Mondays, 1pm (this class alternates weekly with the Stretch class)

stretch MONDAYS
Introducing Mums Who Build, free pre and postnatal “Stretch”.
Blending Yoga and functional full body movements, this is a class that aims to tap in to the parasympathetic nervous system, to rest and restore your body and mind.
What to expect:
-Most poses will be supported, either by the wall, or using props that will be provided.
-Please wear comfortable clothes
-Pre crawling babies welcome
-You can bring the buggy into the gym (there is a side access). Your baby can stay in the buggy during the session, or bring a mat and let them hang out next to you. You are welcome to stop and attend to your baby as much as is needed.

Introducing Mums Who Build, Strength
A free pre and postnatal class for The Mums Who Build community, in collaboration with Pure Muscles Gym.
What to expect:
-A mixture of body weight and resistance exercises to help you stay as strong and mobile as possible
-Single exercises, supersets and a short circuit covering lower and upper body as well as core and breathing techniques
-Suitable for all trimesters
-Pre crawling babies welcome
-You can bring the buggy into the gym (there is a side access). Your baby can stay in the buggy during the session, or bring a mat and let them hang out with their friends at the front of the class. You are welcome to stop and attend to your baby as much as is needed.
